Describe the Bug:
Nivmagus Elemental ability can be used to exile only the last instant on the stack.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Nivmagus Elemental ability can be used to exile all instants you have cast and are on stack.When is the time the last item on stack to resolve you are asked and can exile the instant(this works),then you should have again the opportunity to axile the next instant on stack,etc.(If it can't be done this way due to engine limitation then maybe it can be done deciding to exile how many/which all at the same time just before they begin to resolve and the sequence can't be stopped).

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

if im recalling this correctly i think this is more of a engine limitation due to the fact that the stack runs on pre 6th edition rules. i believe anyways i could be wrong
