[fixed/closed]Morph + Cost Increase =Very Cheap Casting Cost

Describe the Bug:
When an effect like Lodestone Golem or Sphere of Resistance is in play, all morph creatures (such as Brine Elemental or Akroma, Angel of Fury) can be cost for a single mana - but only if you have exactly 3 mana available when you cast it. If you only have 1 or 2 mana, you cannot cast it. (Note, the actual card comes into play for 1, not just the face down 2/2 version.)

If you have more than 3 mana available it seems to work correctly. It first charges you 1 (or 2 or 3) for each sphere effect, then it charges you 3 for morph. The problem is that when you can't pay the 3, you get the full spell for just the sphere cost.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Mana increase and Morph creatures.

Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Journey into Nyx

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Since morph is an alternate cost, the morph cost should simply be 1 more mana for each sphere effect.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
All morph creatures.

This also fixes the same issue for cards with Phyrexian Mana.
