Describe the Bug:
Fiery Justice cannot be cast, either from hand or apparently any other means (for example Cascading into it failed to cast it- it was put on the bottom of the deck along with the other exiled cards).
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
It should be castable
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Probably not
