Describe the Bug:
Ravaging Riftwurm when kicked doesn't get the extra 3 counters.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Ravaging Riftwurm

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
2014/05/06: Journey into Nyx

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Ravaging Riftwurm when kicked enters with 5 counters.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
