Describe the Bug:
Unsure of the exact interpretation, but the trap condition is met when you search your opponent's library, not just when he searches it (ex. when you damage opponent with a Shimian Specter).

Also, don't know if this is affected by duh mode, but you should be able to cast a trap whose condition has been met for its original cost (don't know why you'd want to, but it might make a difference), but you can't.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Should only trigger when opponent searches his own library.

Should have a choice of mana to pay.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

I confirm both bugs and I found one more you have to choose a target for the search (at least with Shimian Specter) to activate the Trap but it should trigger from the moment you searched.Of course since you may not want to search the library it has to be arranged (Done button in library=not search - hit another card in library = search or something like that).

The first bug is fixed in bd0a6d6.
The second is fixed in b682a66. Note that this last fix is a complete rewriting of the card, which previously didn't interact at all with stuff like Ivory Mask,
