Describe the Bug:
Fog Elemental doesn't phase out, after I attacked with it and at end of combat, in combination with Teferi's Veil. At end of combat Fog Elemental goes to the graveyard instead of it being phased out. There is a message that says "Triggered effects?... End of Combat" but no matter what I do, try or click it goes to the graveyard.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When I have both Teferi's Veil and a Fog Elemental on the battlefield and I attack with the latter it should phase out after combat.

No.

I confirm the bug.Fog Elemental's ability triggers even if you select Teferi's Veil trigger to resolve first probably ignoring Teferi's Veil trigger and going to the graveyard.
As I understand it:
- Fog Elemental's ability mustn't trigger if you select to trigger Teferi's Veil ability first as it will phase out first due to Teferi's Veil ability so Fog Elemental's ability doesn't take place.
- and vice versa if you select Fog Elemental's ability to trigger first it will go to the graveyard and Teferi's Veil ability will not apply since Fog Elemental is already in the graveyard.
