Describe the Bug:
At the beginning of Chlorophant's controller's upkeep, that player puts a/two +1/+1 counter(s) on Chlorophant.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Chlorophant

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU v1, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
At the beginning of Chlorophant's controller's upkeep, that player may put a/two +1/+1 counter(s) on Chlorophant.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
