Describe the Bug:
When Greater Gargadon is suspended via Jhoira of the Ghitu's activated ability, its owner can't sacrifice permanents to remove time counters from it.

Other cards with abilities related to being suspended like Roiling Horror & co, Deep-Sea Kraken, and Pardic Dragon work as intended when suspended via Jhoira.

Greater Gargadon's owner may sacrifice permanents in order to remove time counters from it when it has been suspended via Jhoira of the Ghitu's activated ability.

Fixed. This also fix all the other means of "Suspend" when dealing with Greater Gargadon.

Using Jhoira on Greater Gargadon crashes the program.
