After Cobra Trap has resolved, it stays on the battlefield and gains a prohibition sign later on.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
After Cobra Trap has resolved, it is put into its owners graveyard.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
