[fixed/closed]Echo vs steal

When a player gains control of one of his/her opponent's permanents with echo, that player isn't asked whether or not he/she wants to pay said card's echo cost during his/her next upkeep if that echo cost has been paid by a player before.
Likewise, if said player loses control of the stolen permanent, the opponent doesn't have to pay that card's echo cost during his/her next upkeep (unless the echo cost has not been paid a single time).

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
