[fixed/closed]Earthquake & co bad damage

Describe the Bug:
Casting Earthquake with x=1 deals 2 damage to each creature without flying and 0 damage to players.
Casting Earthquake with x≥3 deals 2 damage to each creature without flying and each player.

Used to work in BNG v2.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Earthquake

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU v1, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Earthquake deals as much damage to each creature without flying and each player as has been paid for {X}

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Allso applies to Fault Line.
Probably also applies to other similiar cards like Molten Disaster, Savage Twister, Starstorm etc.

I just noticed that the bugged version of Earthquake also hits creatures with flying.

Already reported & fixed for Earthquake and Fault Line, which share the same code.
