[fixed/closed]Leonin Arbiter bad search suppression

Describe the Bug:
Leonin Arbiter doesn't prevent a player from searching the library via cards like Rampant Growth, Sakura-Tribe Elder, or Wood Elves.
It does work for fetchlands and e.g. Worldly Tutor, though.

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Leonin Arbiter prevents each player from searching his/her library unless that player has paid {2}

.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Likely affects other tutors/fetch cards

This is probably an ASM thing as those cards were coded in ASM and you will have to wait till next patch as Gargaroz said that he recoded the rest of the ASM cards that needed recoding.

Wait all of the old cards? Meaning there will be no other cards needed to be recorded

I have tested most if not all asm cards and this has been fixed.
