Describe the Bug:
Clutch of the Undercity prompts for target creature instead of target permanent.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Clutch of the Undercity

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JiN v1

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Target permanent.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Not a prompt issue, can only target creatures and can't be cast if no creatures on bf.

You are both right as it has a prompt wrong issue and limitation on targeting only creatures.

Sorry I thought about rewording that to make it more clear that it was not simply a typo but was actually functionally incorrect.
