Describe the Bug:
1- Blinding Beam when it is played for etwine you select 2 creatures but it taps only one of the 2 creatures selected.(tapping 2 creatures normal works fine)
2- 2nd ability doesn't work at all.(no legacies attached to creatures and creatures do get untapped at next untap step).
Previous report (claiming fixed)concerning these bugs:

Which card did behave improperly ?
Blinding Beam

Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
2014/05/06: Journey into Nyx

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Blinding Beam even for etwine select 2 /tap 2 creatures.
2- 2nd ability doesn't let all tapped creatures to untap at target players untap step.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

The tap part of entwine appears to tap only the first creature selected.

Tapping alone works fine
prevent untapping alone creates a legacy card but doesn't do anything
entwine taps first creature chosen, does not create a legacy and does not prevent untapping.

tapping alone - works

exhaustion alone - only works if cast during your turn (legacy card disappears at next untap, regardless of whose)

entwine - only 1st creature selected is tapped, exhaustion is same issue as alone

I've briefly tested it and seems to work.
