Describe the Bug:
Kalastria Highborn target player ability can be canceled once mana cost has been paid

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Kalastria Highborn target player ability can't be canceled once mana cost has been paid

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

In the screenshot above, AI has hexproof so I can't target him.

This is a weird case because according to card rules, once B is paid the target player should be mandatory, but others say the opposite (target then pay thus can cancel), so I am puzzled about this one (along with the fizzle one if target invalid, the game should not ask for another target then?...)

Also to note that Gatekeeper of Malakir doesn't allow to cancel target player...

Fixed the Kalastria Highborn bug in fd4b56a.
For Gatekeeper of Malakir, it's not a bug at all : if you pay its kicker cost, you'll be forced to target a player.
