[fixed/closed]Imperial Edict - can be canceled
by rmt » 30 Jun 2014, 18:22
Describe the Bug:
When opponent (AI) plays Imperial Edict, player can cancel out rather than losing a creature.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Imperial Edict
Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 3.0, 2014/05/06 Journey Into Nyx
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Should be forced to destroy a creature. Possibly a game engine limitation? Should Imperial Edict be made a clone of Diabolic Edict even though Imperial destroys creature and Diabolic forces sacrifice?
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
None known

Re: Imperial Edict - Minor Bug? Game Engine Limitation?

It definitely shouldn't be a clone of Diabolic Edict. Since we have working indestructibility there is a difference in destroy and sacrifice.
Working on: housekeeping and archived reports

Well, it's for the fact that has its proper code and doesn't share the one of Diabolic Edict that is bugged
