Mark for Death doesn't untap target creature.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Mark for Death

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
2014/05/06: Journey into Nyx

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Mark for Death untaps target creature

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
