Describe the Bug:
Blind Obedience taps creature & artifacts before entering they are tapped on stack and if the spell is cancelled and returned to hand it returns it on hand tapped.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Blind Obedience
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
2014/05/06: Journey into Nyx
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Blind Obedience taps creature & artifacts when they enter the battlefield & doesn't return a cancelled creature or artifact tapped back to hand.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed in 4fb92df.
This also fix the same issue for the code of Kismet and Urabrask the Hidden.
Other cards like this should be updated, could someone provide me a list ?

Might just be a graphical thing, but spell is shown as tapped in the spell chain. Returns to hand untapped, so that is fixed, but I have no idea if it is tapped on the stack or just displayed that way.
