Endless Horizons may just be an approximation, but there are two things wrong with it:
1) You can only select 8 plains total (Probably an engine limitation?)
2) If you choose an exiled card at the beginning of your upkeep, the card is placed on the battlefield instead of in your hand.
Previous older bug report HERE but I can't tell if there is any relation.
Which card did behave improperly ?
