Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Describe the Bug:
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx requires 3 mana available in order to prompt for the devotion ability which only needs 2. It correctly only charges 2, but you cant see the option without 3.

It's an old trick : otherwise, you'll be able to use it with only Nykthos and one more land in play, as Nykthos produces mana too. Cannot be "fixed" without very deep recoding, and I don't think it's worth.
