Lotus Cobra's triggered ability is mandatory.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Lotus Cobra's controller may choose whether to add mana to his/her pool when a land enters the battlefield under their control.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
