Rampaging Baloths' triggered ability is mandatory.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Rampaging Baloths' controller may choose whether to put a token onto the battlefield when a land enters the battlefield under their control.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
