Describe the Bug:
Civic Wayfinder's triggered ability is mandatory. Its controller can choose an invalid card e.g. a creature) in order to not put a card into his/her hand, but the library is always shuffled.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Civic Wayfinder's triggered ability is voluntary.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Other cards with the "may search his or her library" clause.

The library is shuffled even if you don't pick any card ant tap done.

The fix of Pilgrim's Eye fixes this too, as the code is shared.
