Describe the Bug:
Gibbering Descent's madness cost can't be paid when it has been discarded. An effect card is created for the madness effect, but it's not highlit.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Gibbering Descent

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Gibbering Descent's madness cost can be paid.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
