Describe the Bug:
Overwhelming Forces draws its controller cards for each creature his/her opponent controls, even if they are not destroyed (e.g. Avacyn in play).

Also tested Decree of Pain -> same bug.
Also tested Phyrexian Rebirth -> same bug.

Was this a global bug? Or more specifically: does this also fix Fracturing Gust?

Still bugged for both Overwhelming Forces and Fracturing Gust.

It's not a bug of these card, but the card granting Indestructible which not sets the appropriate SP_KEYWORD. I'll check Avacyn for now, you should test different cards and let me know which are bugged.

And then I stopped checking because every card that gives something else indestructible has this issue.

Finally found the culprit and fixed the bug in 3a1ef2f
