[fixed/closed]Erratic Portal no payment prompt

If Erratic Portal's controller targets one of his/her own creatures with Portal's ability, that creature is always returned to its owner's hand. The game doesn't ask whether that player wants to pay
or not.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
If Errati Portal's controller targets one of his/her creatures, he/she is always asked whether he/she wants to pay or not.
