[fixed/closed]Enclave Cryptologist no looting on level 1

Describe the Bug:
Enclave Cryptologist doesn't have an activated ability other than level up when it has one level counter on it.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Enclave Cryptologist
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Enclave Cryptologist has the Merfolk Looter ability when it has one level counter on it.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

In CoRM15, Cryptologist is automatically tapped before choosing what ability to activate, if it has at least 1 counter on it.
The looting ability works now, though.

confirmed still bugged. taps even if you are just leveling it (after the first level).
