Describe the Bug:
Vile Requiem adding a counter is mandatory.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Vile Requiem

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
2014/05/06: Journey into Nyx

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Vile Requiem trigger adding a counter is optional.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed for this, Recantation, Rumbling Crescendo and Serra's Liturgy in 2ad4bbb

Since you begun with those could you also fix the other 2 we have like them that have the same bug?

Labeling as still bugged since something changed since last patch, but Discordant Dirge can't be cast. Otherwise, all triggers are optional now.
