Describe the Bug:
Explorer's Scope can't be equipped. It's not highlighted when player has sufficient mana to pay equip cost.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Explorer's Scope

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Explorer's Scope can be equipped.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Confirmed.

Still won't equip even with a Puresteel Paladin with metalcraft.

Used a Kor Outfitter to equip Explorer's Scope onto a creature and it actually works correctly once equipped
