[fixed/closed]AI and Might of Alara

At first I thought it was just bad AI and reported there but has to be a bug -or wrong code with AI and Might of Alara as AI plays it always on my creatures
usually or always (I don't remember) at ones that don't attack or defend against AI, BUT AI calculates the spell in his favour to his decisions to attack or defend but when AI needs to cast it to boost his creature always selects one of mine.
EDIT - Just now after ~20 times AI finally cast it on his attacker maybe this time the key is that I didn't have a non blocking creature to target.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
