[fixed/closed]Laccolith Titan - activation issues

Laccolith Titan at least when owned by AI:
1- can be activated even when not attacking so not being blocked either.
2- can target multiple targets(I have seen AI target 2 for sure)
3- can target multiple times the same target.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Laccolith Titan ability triggers only
1- when attacking and being blocked,
2- and can target only one target
3- and only once.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
