Describe the Bug:
Purify the Grave can't be played at instant speed and the same happens when it is played through flashback.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Purify the Grave

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
2014/05/06: Journey into Nyx

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Purify the Grave is an instant and can be flash-backed instantly.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Bad values in "ct_all". Fixed.

Still can't cast as instant.

Here's another one "lost in translation", the change I made to "ct_all" got lost and were never applied. Fixed again.
