Describe the Bug:
Dingus Staff only triggers once perturn game.edited
If, for example, I have 3 creatures on the battlefield and cast Damnation, Dingus Staff will deal 6 damage for me. If I then cast 3 more creatures and cast another Damnation on the same turn, Dingus Staff will deal 0 damage to me. (It should trigger separately for each creature that died, anyways.)
Another example: If I sacrifice a creature to Birthing Pod, i will be dealt 2 damage by Dingus Staff. If I then sacrifice another creature to a second Birthing Pod on the same turn, I won't be dealt any damage by Dingus Staff.

I confirm it mostly but it triggers just once per game not per turn.

- I noticed another bug AI 's Dingus Staff also triggers when my next spell resolves (or something like that)at least with this savegame and AI looses 2 damage.I hadn't play anything before only Ballyrush Banneret and what is on the battlefield and I only attacked 2 times AI with it. See savegame not screenshot.
- Also another time when a creature of AI and mine both died in combat (I was attacking only with 1 creature) I was dealt correctly 2 damage but AI was dealt 6 damage.See screenshots.

Well, the code was completely redone, so that bug was gone too.
