Describe the Bug:
Karador, Ghost Chieftain's controller can cast a creature from his/her graveyard at instant speed during his/her turn.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Karador, Ghost Chieftain's controller can cast a creature from his/her graveyard at sorcery speed during his/her turn, unless another card enables him/her to cast it at instant speed (Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir etc. The latter uses a workaround, though, so it wouldn't work).

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

I confirm the bug however the current implementation (instant speed at your turn)is fine and has to remain only for creatures with flash according to rules.

Also, now you'll be able to use it to cast Mystic Snake and such to counter a spell.
