[fixed/closed]Ponder + Splice spells

When a player casts a spell with Splice, e.g. Desperate Ritual, while he/she has Ponder in hand, a mode selection prompt offers teh option "Splice Ponder". Choosing that option doesn't have any effect, though, and the spell resolves normally.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Ponder, I suppose
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Ponder is not considered to be spliceable.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Might occur in conjunction with other non-arcane spells. I haven't stumbled upon any, yet.
