[fixed/closed]Pillar of Flame & co vs death triggers

Describe the Bug:
When a player casts Pillar of Flame or Red Sun's Zenith targetting a creature with a "death trigger", e.g. Solemn Simulacrum or Viridian Emissary, the latter's death trigger triggers. The creature is exiled, but it probably goes to the graveyard before that happens (like Planar Void).
The exiling should be a replacement effect, though (like Leyline of the Void).

Which card did behave improperly ?
Spells with a replacement effect that exiles creatures.

Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The damaged creature is exiled instead of going to the graveyard, hence death triggers shouldn't trigger.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
possibly other spells with said exile clause. Popular examples: Anger of the Gods, Demonfire, Magma Spray.

A workaround was added in dev, consider this fixed.

Both Pillar of Flame and Red Sun's Zenith correctly exiled Solemn Simulacrum and Goblin Arsonist withouth triggering their death triggers.

However, Brindle Shoat's triggered ability triggered off both.
