[fixed/closed]LRW Harbinger cycle fetch mandatory

The Lorwyn Harbingers' (Elvish Harbinger, Boggart Harbinger etc.) ETB ability will always prompt the card selection/library viewer popup. Hence, the library is always shuffled, even if an invalid card or no card at all is chosen.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Elvish Harbinger, Kithkin Harbinger, Faerie Harbinger, Giant Harbinger, Boggart Harbinger, Merrow Harbinger, Treefolk Harbinger
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The fetch is optional.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
