Describe the Bug:
Godo, Bandit Warlord's ETB ability will always prompt the card selection/library viewer popup. Hence, the library is always shuffled, even if an invalid card or no card at all is chosen.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Godo, Bandit Warlord

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The fetch is optional.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Well, this one is a particular case in which the 'Legend Rule' mess up with CIP effects if 'duh mode' in not ON.
I've reworked the CIP ability with a choice window in ffe3829
