[fixed/closed]Predatory Nightstalker bad selection popup

When Predatory Nightstalker enters the battlefield under the player's control, a popup asks whether to make the opponent sacrifice a creature or pass.
The "pass" option doesn't work, though. When it is selected, the opponent still sacrifices a creature.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Predatory Nightstalker

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The "pass" option works as intended.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
