When a nontoken creature other than Ogre Slumlord dies, a 1/1 black rat creature token is put onto the battlefield under Slumlord's controller's control.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The token is optional.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
