[fixed/closed]Precognition mandatory, ignores Witchbane Orb

Precognition's triggered ability is mandatory.
It also ignores opponent's Witchbane Orb (not sure if this is an ASM issue?).
Which card did behave improperly ?
Precognition
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The fateseal is optional.
Precognition can't target an opponent that controls Witchbane Orb or similiar cards.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Might also ignore Leyline of Sanctity, Ivory Mask and/or Imperial Mask.
