Doesn't stop oppnent from searching his library.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Stranglehold

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Should stop opponent from searching his library.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Confirmed for Stranglehold and Rampant Growth,Wood Elves (which might have not been recoded to C)
I tested with Acquire and Personal Tutor.(AI preferred not to cast them probably because they wouldn't have any effect.
Also AI's Stranglehold stopped me from searching with Goblin Matron.

All tutoring card are now C coded, so consider this fixed.
