As for the other thread, I fixed the following, some were reported, some not.

Hissing Iguanar, Kresh the Bloodbraided, Vicious Shadows, Boggart Shenanigans, Mycoid Shepherd, Harvester of Souls, and Fangren Marauder all had optional triggers when I tested them. Some used the yellow highlighting variant, some had the orange/red trigger, but prompted a popup which offered a pass/do nothing option.

They are all standardized now, using the yellow highligh.

Also, for avoiding problems with the new version of "duh_mode", I set up things in a way that some triggers will be become optional if you're at 5 life or less and you're supposed to pay life or if you have 10 or lesser cards in deck and you're supposed to draw / mill your own deck.

Viridian Emissary triggers automatically when it dies. Should be optional.
