Not sure whether the previously reported and fixed Faith's Reward uncastable bug was global, so I'm hereby reporting that Second Sunrise is uncastable, too.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Second Sunrise can be cast.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
