Linvala, Keeper of Silence doesn't stop Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief 's activated ability.

about Linvala, Keeper of Silence that it doesn't stop cards that are not coded in C but Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief is probably coded in C if I am not wrong.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Linvala, Keeper of Silence? Kalastria Bloodchief?
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
