Psychic Vortex: if you choose to pay for cumulative upkeep cost you get a card from the first counter but then Psychic Vortex goes to graveyard.

What is this deck you're playing with all these weird blue enchantments??

This is a draft deck made by AI.On the other hand my draft decks look a bit weird,too as I want to test different cards when playing.

Oh ha ha I was guessing it was something having to do with using Abjure to sacrifice Psychic Vortex during your turn so you could keep all the cards or something crazy like that.
