[fixed/closed]Lavaclaw Reaches - wrong pump activation cost

Describe the Bug:
1) Lavaclaw Reaches tries to charge an additional 2RG when you activate its +X/+0 pump ability during combat (after it correctly charges you X).

2) Additionally, probably related, but I have also seen it suddenly crash the game when activating its +X/+0 ability during the second main phase using all available mana.
