Describe the Bug:
Avacyn's Collar doesn't make a token when equipped Human dies. Attached image shows board state immediate after my equipped Noble Hierarch died in glorious battle and earned a place in Valhalla.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Avacyn's Collar
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU gauntlet
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Avacyn's Collar should create a 1/1 flying white spirit creature token.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Probably not.
This bug was apparently fixed in Oct 2012 but it seems to be un-fixed.

Probably not.

I think it is backwards. When the equipped creature is not a human you get the spirit.

I thought it triggered off another types death, but I think that may have just been the program going to fast for me. What I think I was getting is that after the human creature equipped with Avacyn's Collar dies and you then reequip the Avacyn's Collar, you get a spirit creature when the next spell is cast. Or something like that. You might want to experiment yourself because I'm still not sure I got the trigger right.

Well, it's the old bug of 0/0 tokens, it's fixed for Avacyn's Collar in 53ab45f, and more generally for Spirit tokens in 683fbe2

I'm still basically seeing this behavior. Equipped human dies, nothing happens. Re-equip the collar and then cast a spell and suddenly you get a spirit token. I have tested also a lot Deathrender and I never managed to get it to trigger and give me a choice or not to activate it and get a creature from my hand.
The only time it worked was by AI once when AI destroyed one of my creatures with an ability of the equipped creature (I tried that but couldn't replicate it for human).

Finally I was able to made to find a way to fix these kind of cards.
Avacyn's Collar works like it should, finally, I've tested it.
Deathrender too, but it has a problem : it doesn't attach to the creature you put into play with its ability. I'm working on fixing this too.
