Describe the Bug:
Gift of Estates - I don't know if there is a bug for AI (didn't test for player) but AI cast it 3 times and all 3 times choose 0 plains (legitimate) but strange as 1 time AI had no Plains in play or other {w} mana sources and lots of white spells sitting in his hand and the other had very few lands in play and expensive spells in hand.

Which card did behave improperly ?

the savegame is not of the worst cases still AI doesn't pick plains.

Is this a bug or an AI issue? I ask because I've never figured out the AI's land strategy (sometimes it just doesn't play them).

It works fine for AI in dev. Consider this fixed.
