Describe the Bug:
When Death Pit Offering enters the battlefield, creatures/creature tokens put onto the battlefield via triggers that triggered off Death Pit Offering's sacrifice effect are sacrificed.

For example, if a player contols Doomed Traveler when Death Pit Offering enters the battlefield under his/her control, Doomed Traveler is sacrificed, a token is put onto the battlefield, and then that token is sacrificed.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Death Pit Offering's ETB trigger only affects creatures controlled by its controller at the time it enters the battlefield.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Bug confirmed.Wrath of God and Damnation work fine.

Fixed in the CON / M15 patch.

That is fixed, but it doesn't give +2/+2 now.

Sacrifice trigger and pump effect both work properly as of CoRM15 mini2.
